Billy Cooper was recorded by Russell Wortley, Sam Steele, Mervyn Plunkett, Paul Carter and Bill Leader several times between 1959 and 1962.

 

TSCD607 ‘English Country Music’

This album was originally issued on a private label LP in a limited edition of 99 copies, in 1965. It was subsequently released by Topic (12TS296) in 1976 and then on CD (TSCD607) in 2000.

The following two albums were produced by John Howson on the Veteran label  and are available as a physical album or download from the Veteran website. The Veteran label is under new management (2025) and the content is being transferred to the new system – if you can’t find the album online, just contact them directly. They may also have copies of ‘English Country Music’ (above).
