This website, about the historical dulcimers of East Anglia, its makers and players, was created in 2025 and is based on research carried out by John and Katie Howson between 1978 and the present day. John and Katie originally published a website under this name in 2015. John died in 2022, but Katie continues the research and has now restructured, redesigned and added much information to what was on the original site.
